Gloria has walked many miles with me and has helped me find the courage to heal. I told her my story and she believed, even when I didn't. When I thought I was going crazy, she helped me to know that I was sane, trapped in my own insane world. When I wanted to quit, she would help me find a way to get started again. When I didn't want to be alive, she encouraged me to try taking "just" one more step. And "yes" I had a right to heal, to live, but "I" had to make that choice, (damn her anyway for making me take responsibility for my journey. It's awful hard work you know, and would be so much easier if someone else would do it for me.) But I immediately connected with Gloria. She has such a gentle, yet powerful "soul force". I felt completely safe in her presence. I could surrender to the process and know, somewhere deep within, that things would work out. That no matter how painful and devastating life was, I would come out the other side with Gloria beside me every step of the way. She never left my side and even when I would push her away, her comforting Spirit was still there pushing and prodding, leading me back to the healing journey.

The journey is long. The journey is hard. But when you have someone like Gloria traveling with you the journey becomes an enlightening and Spiritual experience (not to mention gruelingly painful.) However, no words can truly express the experience of reclaiming mind, body, and Spirit. I feel truly blessed for having had the opportunity to walk the path I needed to walk with such a compassionate Being. Gloria literally is a beacon of Light. She is the lighthouse that safely guides the ship home. I am that ship. And I am safely Home.

I met Gloria throughout my partner Kathy, who had been journeying down the path with Gloria for over  10 years. At one point, I was present during an in-depth session which Kathy experienced  while facing a  major life changing  hurdle.  Gloria was such a caring, comforting but strong and enlightened therapist, that  I was immediately assured  Kathy was in the right hands and would follow the right path for her.

I was fortunate to attend a number of Gloria's mini retreats focusing on many different issues and utilizing multiple mediums. I always took away with me a more in-depth understanding of how I see the world and react to it.

The retreats were conducted with music, poetry and artwork sessions that challenged me, but I knew that  whatever  I decided to present to the group, and Gloria, would not be judged but  understood. Gloria has the spirit and energy to make even the shyest of people feel comfortable  and cocooned in a healthy  safe place  , so that we can share our  deepest thoughts and secrets and bad artwork and not feel anything but  accepted and welcomed.This is very rare in our modern world and Gloria is very rare and precious  to all who are fortunate enough to work with her and know her.
